Burn it our build it?

I am 5'5 112 lbs and 14 years old

Every morning and night I exercise here are some of the exercises I do:

-Crunches (I rise and fall the type of crunches each time)
-3 sets of 6 push-ups
-Leg lifts
-Superwomans
-Sometimes Side Plank
-Leg "rockets"

And respectively day I try to do stuff like swimming, jog, dancing,
etc.

I try really hard to guzzle healthy also! Sometimes I mess up ;)
But I have cut soda out of my diet!

So is this going to trademark me lose weight? Or build muscle?

How often should I exercise? And am I at a sound weight?

Answers:    you will lose weight do 2 the cardio...and firm up 2 do the extra stuff you are doing.

i've never heard of leg rockets or superwomans, but other after that, i think you would lose weight because 6 pushups really isn't that much Yes this sounds really devout. Keep up the cardio and you are at a healthy weight!
