Can solidity lifting stop you from reaching your full rise? Does it cart up too much protein used for rank?

Does weight lifting (not heavy) take too much protein that could enjoy been used for height growth? iv be lifting since about 13 and a half years weak and i am pretty buff now. I am now 14 and a partially and i haven't really grown much. maybe 1 or 2 cm. So could the protein have be used for height instead of muscles? Should i stop lifting weights?

i usually train biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders, pecs and abs. I leave the legs out because i want to do them subsequent year. I also do lots of push ups.

i'm 5 ft 6. my mum is 5 ft 5 and my dad is 5 ft 7.

Answers:    No I don't think that at your age it will stop growth, but make sure you are intake enough good wholesome foods. You are nearly like height as your dad and remember you haven't stopped growing yet.

My dad used to lift up weights from a young age and continued growing in increase until the age of 20. he continued to lift weights until about the age of 65 and it kept him pretty buff.

So save it up and enjoy but make sure you don't failure a little cardio work.

Will newly running lap around the park facilitate me lose freight?


well if your parents are merely an inch taller or shorter than you, you probly werent going to get much taller anyway... but heavy lifting that babyish could stop your growth a little bit. I'm 15 and i have friends impossible to tell apart age that have been lifting strong for a couple years and are taller than 6 feet so its just your genes.
