Your bone density will diminution, which means that by the time you're older (and if you are STILL drinking diet soda or soda regularly), you'll hold really fragile bones, and it can be really painful.
Sooo...basically, if you drink soda regularly, its get lots of sugar and can easily gain weight from it. If you switch to diet soda and drink it regularly, you'll probably lose consignment (I don't know, I don't really drink soda in general) but instead, you'll lose bone density in the long run and most feasible develop osteoporosis when you're older and have bones that can break surrounded by two like twigs.
That's no fun. Just switch to water. Having one Sprite here and there won't build you fat. Having 4 Sprites a day might put in some unwanted padding around the middle. Make sure you are drinking enough sea. Regular sprite is full of sugar and I believe a 16oz drink has like 250 calories contained by it. However, a diet Sprite has 0. So obviously the Diet is the better choice.

Well it could, but it would help yourself to a while. If you drink diet, its not any healthier, you wouldn't get hold of fat. Besides the most healthiest soda you can drink is Dr. Pepper, it is prune juice near calories/sugar/and more junk. I know that that doesnt have to do near your question, but its a fact! because sprite is a colorless drink it doesnt enjoy much sugar in it. the carbonation is more likely to upset your stomach than produce you fat.

i drink it a lot more than i drink pepsi or coke because it has no caffine. I don't drink it that normally though. Don't drink it all the time though .
