Cardio and Weightlifting?

Hey, I'm 15, male, I weigh 116 pounds, and I am 5 foot 6. I eat drastically healthy, and have a protein shake day after day, and 8 cups of water a day + a multivitamin.

My personal trainer said it is fine to do 30 minutes of cardio a daylight.

My question to you is, would jogging a mile everyday burn rotten muscle mass?

I am not seeing my personal trainer for a while since I am busy, so I am asking you. Please don't say, "That's the point of a personal trainer", I just want to check if my trainer is correct.

I obligation to lose some consignment FAST, but i don't enjoy hundreds of dollars to spend on it. Any suggestions??

Answers:    Well I enjoy found that people are different in high regard to that. Those that are hardgainers (like myself) struggle with not having the muscle mass burnoff. Others, can run and not lose any muscle mass. Since you relatively see-through I would guess you are in the first category...running for 30 min/day would probably burn your muscle mass. Jogging a mile every day is probably too much...I would stir for no more than 3 days/wk.
You can also try other forms of cardio. My bodybuilder friend does stairstepper or walks uphill on a treadmill (to keep his mass). Another clad way is to do sprint repeats (i.e. sprint 100 meters, slow jog subsidise - do b/w 5-8 'sets'). These tend to burn fat but preserve more muscle.

Am i the right substance for my small rank?

Joggin - no. Sprinting might. You want to do the aerobic at a pace to burn butter. If you go too intense, I think you can burn some muscle too. No, it a moment ago won't add muscle, It will burn off the fleshy layer. You'll need to bulk train to maintain muscle.
