Could I be working out too much?

I use the perfect pushup system (from the tv commercial). Its much harder then a regular push up is. To sort it even harder, I also do them with my feet on a bench. I do 300 of those every other day and I throw it 300 crunches or leg lifts as okay. I feel on certain days that after I manage about 180 push ups that I dont think Im gonna brand 300. I do them in sets of 30. I eventually make it but its greatly rough. Should I do this every 2 days instead of every other day? Any advice is appreciated. It really have worked for me, Ive gained 12 lbs of muscle.

Would it work within 27 days?

Answers:    I am a Certified Personal Trainer, seems what your doing is working for you. But what I see arranged to you is you are not giving your body enough time to recover from such a concrete workout. If you could learn to give your ur body and muscles time to rest you would gain more muscle faster. When you work out that hard u are tearing your muscles so a virtuous protein drink suring your time off will also help. Hope this help give it a try.

I know u adjectives might verbs of your tresses. but pls i want ans.. am i stout??

my brother reads going on for this stuff and on one of the sites it said something about working out to much. I work out to and when I work out alot I feel panting and I get this weird spasm in my stomach. I don't know if that comparison is the best. You should see your doctor and talk to him/her or find someone online. It does nouns like it is working for you!! 12 lbs. of muscle is good. But you should address to a doctor!!

I'm going to california surrounded by going on for a week?

every other day is best. Works you biddable and builds endurance, just embezzle a two day rest every 2 weeks. as long as your not having any discouraging side effects of this, youre fine!

Am 14 and wanna lose freight please facilitate!?

You have to understand, working out unsophisticatedly does one thing: tear muscle. That is why you must increase the amount of protein contained by your diet, to help rebuild muscle and/or breed them bigger. That is why it is always HIGHLY recommended that you work out the upper body one day, the lower the other time, and rest for at least one day. Too much working out won't distribute a chance for you body to repair and/or make your muscles bigger. This will eventually lead to you to lose muscles mass. My routine goes as follows:

Monday- Upper Body
Tuesday- Lower Body
Wednesday- Upper Body
Thursday-Lower Body
Friday- Upper Body
Saturday-Lower Body
Sunday- Nothing, rest completely

Always remember to eat more protein within you diet, without it muscle growth does not happen. You should also do some cardio (15 mins) formerly working out to warm-up. Never do cardio after weight training because it will put all you counterbalance training to waste.

IF THE PAIN AND FATIGUE CONTINUE, CONSULT A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
