Creatine, ,N.O Explode, Amplified protein. WHICH ONE??

I am 15 years old, and turning 16 in October.. I enjoy been taking the Amplified protein but i haven't seen much of a difference within a couple months now. I am considering taking creatine or N.O explode for working out. Is this a smart idea, or should i dawdle until I get older?

254 calories too much?

Answers:    This is a honest question, that I have instinctively faced. I've worked out natural (not taking anything), next to protein, and with creatine.

First of all N.O. Explode is not sheltered as it can cause serious brain problems so I would stay away from this.

Creatine also caused me some problems such as dizziness, headache, chest pains, cramps, and to be honest I didn't see much of an increase in muscle strength.

At this age you and at any age for that matter, adjectives I would recommend taking is protein.

Getting bigger and stronger takes a long time and won't happen over hours of darkness. Also at your age you may not be producing hormones sufficient for building alot of muscles. If you aren't building muscle another reason might be that you aren't exercising properly.

If you'd like some exercise thinking or pointers give me an email.

Eating disorder?

some people influence creatine can be harmful to you. to be honest i took it for a while and it seemed to work. doesn`t matter what you do dont mix any one of the 3 together. if i was you id workout and right after transport some protein. theres a million types but i would just keep it whey protein. it will give support to your muscles regain strength. alot of other products dont do nething but burn a hole in your wallet Creatine has proven efficiency for over 10 years. IT will help you get those finishing couple of reps. Take before and right after workouts

Isn't the best fear contained by the world when...?

go next to just creatine and protein. NO is pretty strong stuff and I don't think you will benefit from it anyway at this stage. dally your to young to take anything
