Did I do satisfactory exercise today?
I alternated between walking and jogging for about 40 minutes, and did 40 situps and 40 pushups.
I ate:
Breakfast: Toast
Lunch: Noodles
Dinner: Pasta
Drank river and tea.
Answers: Any veggies on those noodles? Just a suggestion... your activity level seem fine but your diet is over starchy (mostly carbs which burn fast but provide little nutrients for you body).
you you want to lose weight or build muscle, you own to burn more calories exercising then what you took in next to eating.

also, you enjoy to watch eating pasta and noodles, they are soaring in carbs and should be eaten not as habitually especially not in the same daytime, toast you have to watch what your putting on your toast, butter, conserve (full of fat and full of sugar) tea same with the sugar tea really isnt that great for you, i would use splenda if you clear your own tea!!
You need protein or you will lose muscle, not much fat. Lack of protein make hair and nails adjectives brittle and will make you weak and tired and pasty. You'll look bad without protein.
Don't know how much you ate of anything, but it didn't look ample, even if you were trying to lose weight. Eat more, get through healthy. Follow that thing where on earth it splits ur diet in piechart- shows how much u need of
1. fruit&veg
2. carbs
3. calcium
4. protein
5. sugary/fatty foods/drinks
which reminds me you really necessitate calcium too, so unless you put like a litre of milk in your tea its discouraging for your bones, teeth and everything. many illnesses you could get
