Did I put away okay today (for a diet)?
Breakfast: Hashbrown and an apple
Lunch: Tuna on a piece of toast and some Mexican rice
Snack: Toast with peanut butter
Dinner: Bowl of sizzling rice seafood soup (carrots, mushrooms, rice, crab, and shrimp) and carrots/broccoli
Snack: Toast with peanut butter
I perceive like I ate too much, but that might be because I feel so full whenever I devour anything =/ Did I eat too little, too much, or a good amount of food? And be it at least fairly wholesome?
Answers: Was the hash brown fried? If so that isn't good. A good bowl of wholegrain cereal near low fat milk would be better or some wholemeal toast with an egg. Porridge is also fitting as it keeps you feeling full for longer.
Lunch sounds okay, but you obligation to replace you snacks of peanut butter on toast with something else. Although peanuts contain protein they are very dignified in calories. Try having low overweight yogurts or fresh fruit instead.
You should count your calories, start tomorrow. eat 1,000-1,200 a day. That's a full-bodied diet.
I don't know if what you ate was healthy because I don't know how much you ate or how masses calories it had. Just count calories next time so you know what you put away is healthy. Guessing doesn't work. Remeber to read the back sign on items as well.
you didnt eat too much overall but you have a lot of bread. you needed to eat more for breakfast, that should be your biggest feast. watch the bread and the rice, you need more fresh foods close to fruits and veggies. it wasnt that terrible though calorie wise, i would suppose of it as a wasted day, your cals be in check, just not amazingly balanced. when you eat rice brand sure its brown rice. because you dont want to eat enriched rice . mexican rice is probably a impossible idea because it has closely of additives in it. peanut butter is healthy but within moderation
