Did I mess my morning up?
I am taking the prescription drug adipex-p, which causes me to have a decrease appetite, so here's what I had:
Breakfast: Whole grain english muffin beside a tbsp of jelly
Snack: fat free raspberry yogurt and half an apple.
dinner: a french dip sandwich, and a few french fries from Arby's.
I hecka didn't want to guzzle that, but i knew I had to put away...
I did exercise today though! Yay me!

It feels that style, I know, but you won't ever lose weight and keep it bad unless you diet like you'll eat for the rest of your duration. You aren't going to swear off fries forever, or anything else. Eat the kinds of things you resembling just eat responsibly. Don't guzzle an entire gallon of ice cream but have a measure and enjoy it. Instead of 3 burgers at McDonald's, maybe one burger and a salad and a drink (don't really splurge and return with a shake - that's just too much temptation to not stay inside smart guidelines. Don't punish yourself by depriving yourself of the "normal" foods in life. Just own discipline. Know what your trigger foods are - those foods that just set you off where on earth you lose all willpower and just drink to :feel better, get over- full, drown your sorrows,fears,anxieties, etc.Stay away from them. If you hold to eat them for some reason, know your vulnerability and chomp through only that food and remove yourself from the table. Distract yourself with anything else (clean your room or re-organize your purse, hail as a friend, start a load of wash, vacuum your room, do some homework, write something like how hard it is to stay in control when you devour and so many foods are so good but you know you enjoy to stay away from them - so that you're not tempted to continue drinking.) Just get your mind off drinking. When you finish a meal, it takes your brain 20-30 minutes to certify how full you are. Chances are, you're eating even when you're not hungry - you're just not letting your brain update you. Eat slowly and savor every bite. That way, you'll give your mind time to know what's surrounded by your stomach and you'll stop sooner. Drink more water at meals - that help to fill you up and it doesn't add any more calories to your spread.
You don't need to starve yourself to lose weight - of late eat less calories than you burn up. It's simple. With your medication, you'll be tempt less to eat when you don't necessitate to. Be sure to eat 3 meals a daytime - even. I though you're not as hungry. Just eat to keep your body fueled. It's also a devout pattern to learn. If you put away 3 meals a day, pretty evenly spaced out, you won't be famished and won't binge approaching crazy to satisfy that sugar low.
