Diet secret?

im trying to lose weigh, and its killing me. im trying deit and exercize, i can do the exercize but the diet part is sooo easier said than done!

any suggesions?

Is it possible to be firt and able-bodied minus getting smaller boobs?



Answers:    Well I think it's totally about control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet shaft

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee within the morning, it gives you a lot of vigour! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a year, it burns fat and it's good for your form

And of course, do at least 50 abs per sunshine

I know what you can do. I've been eating McDonald's, Burger King, and other horrible food for years and I am pretty skinny. A correct secret is to eat the kids' meal of everything. For grocery shopping - Kids' Cuisine. If it makes you hungry at earlier times, chomp through another one. Kids' food is the best way to eat what you want AND still be losing weightiness. i cant tell u..its a secret..

1st bad remember yer stomach is only like around the size of your fist...so when u enjoy a big burger..stop there or a burger and fries whatever...probly the wrong example but a burger is undemanding to envision as fist size
also eat a lil throught the day instead of 1 huge teatime 1 time per day
if suma wrestlers need to gain consignment..they dont eat breakfast
when they eat breakfast they dont gain shipment..something to think about
