Dieting assist?
im going to stop exercising at a gym 3 days a week. for an hour. i swim and hour a day too. i need an appropiate diet within order to loose weight. can you assist me by telling me like "no chips, no pop," ect. and other better things to put away? thanks!!

Breakfast:
One cup skim milk, piece of toast, small fruit
Snack: Fruit OR granola bar OR quarter of bagel with fluffy cream cheese
Lunch: EAT PROTEIN!
Chicken sandwich, skim milk, yogurt, pretzels
Snack: Raisins w/ peanuts
Dinner: PROTEIN!
Any kind of protein with a side of veggies and fruit,
skim milk, yogurt
Dessert: Yum!
Treat yourself to something small
Half a piece of cake, one cookie, one measure of ice cream, frozen yogurt, three chocolate kisses
Assuming you are at an exact balance of calories eat and calories used right now, every 3500 calories equals a pound. So if you currently drink 4 sodas a week, that is something like 1000 calories a week or 15 pounds a year. Same deal with a small pack of chips- about 250 calories- eat 4 of them, 15 pounds a year. It extends to everything- assuming you replace soda beside water and chips with celery or something that have virtually no calories. Basically, try to avoid processed foods as much as you can and go for things that are in more of their innate state - think fruits, veggies, nuts (but not too many b/c they are fatty - the obedient kind of fat, but still fatty). Also, dance for lean proteins, like chicken and fish instead of steak and bacon. An eating plan close to this won't even feel like a diet because you will still know how to enjoy the foods you are eating, so you can stick beside it for forever. Good luck!
to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a daylight spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal oil lamp for your meals.

Lunch guzzle a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light grease 1 teaspoon and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no drinking after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other afternoon.
Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog surrounded by the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it. Make sure you do this through out the hours of daylight not all at once.
Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose immensity.
