Dieting during cross country?

In my struggle to lose twenty pounds (I weigh 120ish now), i came up with a bright diet. It consists of,
Breakfast - Coffee
Lunch - a yogurt
Dinner- whatever my mom is cooking
&alot of water and gatorade.

My friends found out in the region of this & lectured me about how it'll affect my cross country running, & that if I do the diet I'll draw from too weak to continue my season.

Can anyone put in the picture me if they're right? I just really need to lose the cargo.

What type of?

Answers:    i had the same problem!! i run cross country and track and i tried dieting approaching you. IT DIDNT WORK!! you didnt mention your height. me im 5'4 and 120 lbs. anyways, yout diet doesnt consist
of any fruit or veggies. since you run all that cargo could be muscle since i dont know your height. you need to drink more cus if you eat that little then youll have a feeling weak and cant run or do anything. you need a diet that includes fruit veggies protein and complete grains. try this diet:
breakfast: cereal or toast with jellly, fruit
snack: fruit, yogurt, etc...
lunch: salad, peanut butter sandwitch, turkey sandwitch, etc... use total grain bread.
snack: veggie, etc...
dinner: whatever your mom is cooking
drink lots of marine. to me it sounds like you dont need to lose bulk. just a balanced diet. me i found out i didnt inevitability to lose weight just my belly. so thats what im working on. hope i help! :)

Why does pizza other make available me a headache?

This will definitely affect your running. Whenever I try to diet and run alot at the same time it does not turn out too in good health. Eat more breakfast FOR SURE. Try eating about 400 or more calories during breakfast and later vegetables and the yogurt for lunch and a light dinner. This will be more effective for trying to lose substance. Don't take it to the extreme, just stay clean. I don't know how many calories you are going to eat for dinner but for breakfast and lunch it is merely 150 calories. Even if you have a 500 calorie or more dinner it will not be enough. When I chomp through too few calories and try to work out and run then i get vastly light headed and dizzy which make me very weak. Not ingestion enough calories makes you half-hearted and will effect how fast you can run and keep up or if you can even do it at adjectives. If you try this for a day you will see what I mean. My guidance is to just eat healthy- no processed food no sugar. Just dont move about to extremes and try running more to lose weight-it will also get you in shape for the season. GOOD LUCK! My friend, a cross country runner, is also struggling near losing weight. Your diet sounds a bit too extreme for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is your most important feast so trying loading up on whole grains, eggs, or even that yogurt. And possibly for lunch you could eat a salad and fruit? These choices seem a bit improved. Even though you may not drop weight quite as promptly, your loading your body up with nutrients that will be needed, especially when it comes to a sport that requires endurance such as cross country.

I hold have headache everysince I started consumption right. What could be cause this?

Hi,

I've tried so masses different diets in the last 10 years that I can vote now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for shipment loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like several others I was skeptical about it. But I really considered necessary to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost in the order of 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where on earth they have a free trial and you only reimburse $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
