I have drastically changed my eating traditions.In the past mth i went from drinking intact to skim milk,kool-aid and soda all day to ONLY wet,no fried foods and i bike 6 miles every other day.I've been doing this for in the order of 6 wks and my clothes still fit the same..i'm so discouraged so i was wondering if in that is any kind of diet aid out there that will merely give my diet a boost..not a quick fix but purely a little help ya know..something to boost my metabolism would be great.I enjoy thyroid disease and have no insurance to see a dr to get my meds so i'm sure that have is part of why i haven't lost any significant weight.So if anyone have tried any pills or tea or just know of anything in nonspecific that would help i would greatly appreciate it!

You can only lose 1-2 pounds of immensity safely a week. My guess is that you don't know how many calories you have need of to lose weight or you do, but you're either not counting your calories, or are drinking more than you think.
Eat from 2pm-10pm, exercise after you've eaten 1/3rd of your calories, and in haste the rest - 16 hours of not eating. It's called intermittent fast, and no, unlike some idiots who think your metabolism decreases WRONG, it increases.
