Ok so the ideal measuments for someone my height are 36,24,36. 36 inch bust, 24 inch waist, and 36 inch hips

how do i tone my hips and waist so they are the great measurments
any natural way to increase bust size?

I don't believe there should be an "ideal" width for anyone. You may not be able to increase your bust to a 36 just because sometimes you catch what you are born with. Exercising your chest may increase the appearance of the breasts by toning the muscle underneath them, but your breasts are normally mostly fatty tissue. If exercise is taken to the extreme, you may truly decrease your breast size while increasing your bust.
As for your hips and waist, there are lots exercises you can do to tone but I wouldn't worry about the measurements so much.
I would suggest walking on a on a daily basis basis, running, and eating more sound by cutting down on the calories and carbohydrates. If you consume less carbs and calories than you usually do than your more possible to lose weight. Feel your hips, do you have oil on them or is that just how wide your bones are? Getting on the pill will increase your breast size.
