Eggs & Weight Loss?

My mother got this great buy on eggs last week and dropped by several dozen at my house. My daughter and I started ingestion an egg for breakfast each morning this past week and be surprised to see we had lost a few pounds this morning. Are eggs beneficial in substance loss or could it be that we were lacking within a certain nutrient that the eggs are supplying?

Answers:    They're good protein so they'll be more nourishing. If you have a healthy, wadding breakfast you're less likely to munch through more during the day. So you might lose weight.

Eggs are super virtuous for you but they're quite high within cholesterol and calories - one small egg has 88, a large egg have about 120 and a duck egg has roughly 150. A lot of people counteract this by leaving out the yolk - egg white with the sole purpose has about 30 calories - but the yolk is where on earth most of the goodness is (it's packed near vitamins). Everything in moderation!

I only guzzle one a day at the most.

eggs are very honourable for you as long as you don't over eat on them.
they can be used for weight loss if you hold 1 maybe 2 a day, but if you own anymore your cholestoral may start to rise egg whites are great for proteins but the yolks are deadly ...
i take egg whites every morning ...
