Enough exersize?
today i went on a 25 min bike ride, a 10 min walk/jog, and did crunchs, leg lifts, arm exersizes, ect for 15 min. is that plenty exersize for one day? i'm not trying to lose weight. only just to be healthy.

okay considering around 45 minutes a day is recommend for exercise i would say u did pretty in good health. Any exercise is better than none! The more you sweat the better.make sure your body also has time to rest and restore your health.
