Ever done Yoga?
Does anybody here do yoga? Im thinking about taking it up, what have be the benefits for you?
Answers: i have. its made me more flexible, more cheerful (if thats possible, lol), more concentrated (like, can focus on certain tasks longer), happier, improved, and i love the outdoors more cuz i do my yoga facing ton of squirrels in a large tree

i`ve lost lots of weight doing yoga for the past 1 year...its the best toning workout on the planet subsequent to weight lifting and i do it 4 times a week for an hour each session...i other combine it with 20 mins of cardio before and another 20 mins of cardio after I do lots of yoga and i love it!
I prefer power yoga...as some of the slow yoga i find a bit boring.
It have helped me tone up and i have become so flexible it's crazy!...my boyfriend is one lucky guy! hahaha!
But you should purloin yoga up...it's not a vigorous workout but yet it works on every muscle within the body.

It is good bothe for mental and physical vigour. A friend took me to a good Indian teacher. A professor must be good for one to benifit from Yoga .

There are various different types of yoga. Which one are you interested in?
Chances are you can easily find a yoga professor but you will not find someone who is really qualified.
benefits include: feeling better, more relaxed, getting rid of stress, looking at the world more relaxed, at some situations as well, so as not to obtain angry at all silly details in time. Fantastic benefits as other answerers have stated. I stopped goibg s I was so busy & am in a minute really stiff & sore. Need to go back but would find it massively difficult.

honest for relaxing(you wont feel cravy for sweets if your eating discouraging stuff is out of stress) Yes =D Its really soothing , cause when youre done and youre thinking about how you spent your final hour, you wont have a definate answer for yourself and thats very rewarding =D

Others find yoga relaxing, I found it simply shifted around gas. :-)
