Flat stomach??
ok, i do like 150 situps everynite..i didn't used to but now i do... i am sorta already seeing results.how long will it nick me to get a totally flat stomach? like how masses more nights of 150 situps?? um i don't know how to include a pic..srry but my tummy is pretty ok-ish... like i'm kinda curvy but it's my love handles...not my stomach... now how abundant nite of 150 situps and if thats not enough how mant situps for how many night!! also if ya tell me how to include a pic you get extra!thnks!!

In writ to see results, you need to eat decent too. Its no good if you burn 100 calories and then you drink a 140 calorie coke. Try to sign up for a sport. This will aid flatten your stomach too. RUN daily like 3 miles.. someone i know have an awesome stomach just from running..and they eat approaching a big..good luck.

Diet: As a GENERAL rule you want to do a well balanced diet, I recommend body for go (search for it) as it teaches you how to EAT not how to DIET. Big difference. You can ENJOY eating still! For me, thats huge.
