Food addiction?
I think I may have an addiction to food...I crave only eating food, especially sweet things (chocolate) to the point where I be aware of bloated and disgusting. I'm not bulimic but I often try to make myself be sick afterwards but can't. How can I stop this?
Answers: Don't hold those types of food in your house. Success starts at the grocery store. If I had chocolates surrounded by the house, they wouldn't last a day!
I discern the same way. I've found out that if I in recent times avoid buying that stuff, that makes a difference. You're probably a carb addict close to me. I know it's hard, but if you try cutting down on carbs (sugar, bread, white foods) newly for a couple of weeks, you'll lose that intense craving for sugar. I wouldn't recommend staying like that though. It's not healthy to stay on it. Gradually start adding together back in the breads and white foods. You'll find to where you notice if you start craving them again, if you do, you know what your aim should be. Still try to avoid the sugars (especially in drinks). They will set you back. try my wifes cooking
