Friends and Weight Problems?
idk what to really think anymore. i'm kinda fatter than most of my friends. i finished the mile much slower than my friends and had to fib to them because of it. i do exercise. i bike sometimes, swim, bastketball, volleyball, and tennis. yet i still can't lose weight. final year i lost 15 thanks to diet and exercise in a month. but immediately, i have like no willpower for some basis. i try to cut back, but i can't. what should i do?
Answers: Actually you sound close to you're lean and mean! Look at the facts in increment to your height and weight: if you can do adjectives those sports, you can't be fat. 15# is a lot to lose contained by one month, and losing it too fast might not make you faster. What are you afraid you can't cut posterior on, a certain kind of food? I estimate the best thing to do is not to compare your speed or weight near your friends' stats. I used to do that too. But if you compare yourself to anyone, you will always find someone faster and thinner, or better at something. I guarantee many populace reading your question are not as fast or wiry as you are, and I bet your willpower will improve if you don't let yourself have an idea that about your friends' running times or weight too much. I own felt just resembling you, when I was 5'2" and 111#.
Your body has a "set point" contained by which it tries to maintain a steady, stable weight. So you can initially lose substance but your body will naturally try to keep a set off.
Are you really "fatter" than your friends? Or are you comparing to them in weight, as contained by pounds or kilograms?
You exercise and exercise builds muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat.
Bottom dash: You are at a very healthy shipment for your height, and the answer to "what should i do?" is keep up your nourishing lifestyle and stop worrying!
& FYI, since you are only 14, let me bring up to date you, in about 2 more years, like mad of girls in your class will be growing boobs, and you will hear girls saying "omg i longing i had bigger boobs!" & yes etcetc. boobs only grow if you hold an adequate amount of body fat.
If you could do it end year you can do it this time as well. Do not get discouraged. Do not tolerate any of these affect your Self Esteem. I think you are taking stress over this so it makes your body harder to lose immensity. Take things lightly and enjoying everything. Relax and set a aim in your mind and slowly go towards it. Follow a sensible diet and exercise plan of your own and after 2 weeks you will see the results. Do not verbs you can do it once you get started. well workout. you wont lose solidity in particular, but you will lose oil.
but if you workout and are dedicated to it, you will put on muscle and get rid of grease. Im kinda chubby and thats what I do.
It also helps to limit your calories to a reccomended amount, close to 2000 or so. if you take in smaller number calories then you burn off, next your body will start to burn the fat, because thats what fat is, a calorie resivoir necessarily.
also for eating. eat more protein and smaller quantity sugary things. it will help. i know, i love sugar snacks and stuff, but they are very doomed to failure for you
good luck.
You aren't going to like my answer, but you'd want me to make clear to you what I really think, right?
Your body is still developing. Different parts of your body grow at different rates. Have you ever seen a puppy whose stern legs seem a lot longer than his front legs, or whose foot look way too big? That's how some puppies grow, but by the time they are full-grown they are all proportioned right.

I stopped drinking sodas, started drinking more sea, and most of the weight dropped off from a moment ago doing that, the rest came off near eating at least one salad a afternoon,(even if it is only a few bites). Grilled food instead of fried(although I have cheated occasionally) pretzels for a snack or wheat muffins. You know what is virtuous for your and what isn't. Use better judgment, drink more water, no sodas and do more of the goings-on that you have fun doing. Dancing, hiking, walking, whatever make you break a sweat and get your heart rate up. your not that fat good lord I aspiration I weighed what u do 130 is not fat. You probably only just have a different build and bone structure than your friends. I'm in my mid-20s very soon, small-boned and athletic, but I noticed that I've continued to gain over the last 5 years. I'm finally going the diet/exercise route, with the sole purpose because I believe I'm an unhealthy weight for my distance from the ground (5'4 and 145). My plan (and i recommend for you) is to find a friend who will try a reasonable diet along with me (I'm trying the south shore diet). Then I'm also going to put myself on a 30min and eventually 1-hr exercise regimen in the mornings, 5x a week. You will be fine if you just stick next to your regular school sports routine...as long as you stay active. I honestly construe the best way to get thru it is to squad up with someone, a friend who is of similar build and maybe aim for percent mass lost instead of pounds to make it fair. If you troop up, it can help with motivation and even fashion it fun. Remember to set realistic goals (5 or 10 pounds) because "skinny as my friend" doesn't exist on the clamber. Just aim for a healthy weight and beside positive thinking and discipline, I'm sure you'll get there! At lowest I'm hoping I can get there myself.
