Healthy Foods?
I need to start eating in good health. Or so my mother says.
Anyway, doesn't anybody know a good diet that does NOT include Soy or Soy-based products? (They repulse me.) Oh, and I don't hold any allergies or stuff like that, so feel free to suggest anything. (besides soy)

You will win everything you need by eating the following, scheduled in order of hurry:
Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
Solid green veggies - raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, pepper, etc)
Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
Beans/legumes - cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
Whole grain (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed, etc)
Do not skip breakfast. Oatmeal with fresh fruit. No sugar or milk. Rice or almond milk is better. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put surrounded by it.
You don't have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein. You can still drink them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better.
Don't count calories or carbs. Diets and pills don't work. Supplements take over and debilitate your system.
Drink filtered water. City hose down may have added chemicals. Can you really trust bottled water?
Pop is one of the worst things you can put surrounded by your body. Stay away from sugar, junk food and over processed foods.
Great exercises: walking, biking, swimming.

Try stop drinking soda, and only eat unwanted items food on rare occasions. Also get through more salads with light dressings. For lunch chomp through a Lean Cuisine, they come in lots of different meals, they are really taster, and they are really healthy. Good Luck! :) Eat balanced meal at regular times.
chicken and tuna are a great low fat protein source.
