Healthy lunches?

My husband and I are trying to eat healthier. We are doing pretty pious, except for lunch...we both have to bring our lunch to work and don't have a microwave or fridge to maintain it in. Besides salads, do you have any accepted wisdom? Thank you.

Am i a appropriate immensity?

Answers:    you could try making different cold wraps.
buy some pita bread (i have a yummy wholemeal brand atm) or those 100 healthy calorie wrap breads and plague it with vegetables, turkey, chicken, ham, cheeses etc.
you can really mix it up for different flavours and they can be very low cal and fine depending on what you put inside.

good luck with the diet :)

How do i bring back my thighs smaller?

Salmon, turkey, chicken. Raw fruits. "Sandwiches" of adjectives sorts - as in wraps, bread... Whole wheat or multigrain would be better than white bread. Go light on mayo and dressing. Yogurt is honest for probiotics and so is tofu for protein and isoflavones. turkey and cheese wrap
egg and cheese on a roll
i know you said other than salad but rice and salad is a good combo.
peanut butter and conserve
