Healthy mass??
My friend and I were wondering if our weights are ok for our heights and ages. Thanks for your answers!
Girl 1: Height is 5'5 3/8
Weight is 108 1/2
Pant Size: 0-1
Age: 14 & 9 months
Girl 2: Height is 5'3 1/8
Weight is 132
Pant Size: 3-5
Age: 14 & 4 months
Both hold heard that they look fine, but we were wondering if these are hygienic weights: 1 may be underweight and 2 may be overweight: your opinion? Thanks!
Answers: The girl who is 5'5 is underweight. The girl who is 5'3 is a healthy solidity, but on the heavier end.
I calculated both of the BMIs and these are the results:
Girl 1 - Healthy weight catalogue
Girl 2 - Healthy weight range
HOWEVER, purely because your BMI places you in the healthy immensity range it doesnt mean your physically good. Try doing a little exercise each afternoon and eating better to keep yourselves fit and glowing.

Girl 1 sounds a bit underweight for her height. She is skinny, but I doubt she have much muscle tone.
Girl 2 sounds like a good shipment for her height and I'm guessing she is quite lean near a good amount of muscle if she is only a size 3-5 at 132lb.
