well to be honest your immensely younge way toooo younge and I almost could hav lost mine as well when I be 11 yrs old 5 yrs ago and that even traumatized me for a long time but now that I'm 16 I'm over it the best I can read aloud I can help you cause I enjoy to say I feel really discouraging for you depeding how you lost it
if it was rape, talking to somebody and have your friends close to you and talking it out and have some time outdo works best but it's not garrantee there's no real cure but usually just time does receive it fade off more
if it was intentional and you some what become traumatized that's somethign you have to pay for and lately have to deal near the consequences of your actions
