Answers: the answer from "the student" is absolutely incorrect. Don't only drink bottled hose. Drink milk, eat fruit. Though you should be drinking a lot of wet, too, and possibly cutting our juices. Don't avoid sugar, it's fine for you as long as you don't devour too much of it. Eat lot's of veggies and lean meat and whole wheat or whole small piece products because theyre more filling and a good source of fiber. Running and mass lifting are great ways to gain lean tissue which helps you burn more calories while stationary.

Basically, adjectives you can do is eat healthy (4-5 small meal spread throughout the day), drink lots of water and get plenty of exercise.
If your body type is severely different you'll never get her exact shape, but at least you'll enjoy the best body you can have - hey, you might even like it better than hers.

Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg. V8) whenever you are hungry. Eat chicken breast for protein. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a apt start. Find a sport that you like and stick with it. exercise at lowest an hour a day, eat three in shape meals everyday, eat more fruit &veg stay away from cast-offs food and do a lot of sit ups they help next to your arms ,legs & tum
