Help me gain freight?

Im a 26 year old female who is terrifically under weight. I own never had an eating disorder, and Ive be made fun of my whole life b.c. I look so skinny! Im sick of it.

I perceive like I might not eat enough-but I do get through. Can someone tell me what I should be eating to gain more mass??
Also, what can I do to build muscle besides going to a gym? Can I do things at home? What types of excercises can I do to help me gain?

Do you chew over 5 pounds is deeply?



Answers:    Increase your calorie intake and choose from the following:
Whey protein (mix it with only just water to get the most protein impact per stomach amount :-) and/or cargo gainers. Oatmeal is good and quick. Beef convulsive, cheese/dairy, kashi protein bars, sliced lunch meat, eggs, high calorie protein bar, so much too eat...so little time :-) You will find that you are full at first...push past that...you will leisurely be able to consume more and more as your stomach gets used to the increased food intake.

To gain muscle you necessitate to add more upper body lifts to your workouts. Start beside pushups, pullups, chinups, and dips. Then you can move into using weights. Okay, so first, exercises can't make you gain weight. They can abet you gain muscle, but not weight.
And second, don't try just drinking a ton on junk to gain weight. It may work, but it is really really discouraging for your heart, and with your already low body weight, would increase your risk for a heart attack.
So if you want to gain bulk, start by adding 500 calories per week to your caloric intake. This will add up over time and become good weight, not unhealthy consignment.
And about building muscle: just jump to the gym. It would not only release endorphins (a natural drug released by the body during exercises) but you will look great. But at home, you can do push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and soar rope for easy muscle toning and heart healthy cardio.

ok first of adjectives if your dieting stop for a little while but don't let yourself take too fat but just guzzle what ever u want!
& as far as goin to the gym goes lift wait & stuff,
but if u cannot gain weight or muscle then you should step see your doctor!

How much weightiness can i lose within 30 days?


Protein.
99.99% of exercises are designed for people to lose weight, not gain. So, I don't know where on earth to help you at that point. :[ if you go to your local G.P he can oblige you set up a plan which will change and improve your diet and each day exercise, best suited to your body, he will weigh you, take BMI ect.
