Help next to Diet!!??!!??!!?

My sister is 11 going to 6th grade and she is about 103 lbs. She requests to loose weight by eating smaller quantity cause she eats alot to her and me otherwise that to excercise regularly which she doesnt do. I am trying to help out her the best I can. She cant go outside to bike ride or run outside during the summer for some reason and the treadmill is surrounded by the garage for the summer so she cant really excercise. She used to dance but now she get tired of doing it. QUESTION #!: What could be somethings she can do at home to excercise? It cant be something you have to buy!! QUESTION#2: What could she eat that everyone have? She eats healthy stuff adjectives the time to fill her up. QUESTION#3: How much SNACKS should she eat through the daytime? QUESTION#4: What are something fun that she can do by HERSELF that includes excersicing if she cant go outside? Please help!! I requirement this basically from a parents view or something that have done this. HELP PLEASE! She wants to loose weight her self. Her Goal#1 during summer!!

since it's summer now, she should snack on all these lovely fresh carrots, and later adjectives - apples, seasonal local fruit and vegetables. A nice cucumber or a big tomato, raw, are great, too.
She can skip - you'll need a skipping rope. I bought a extremely nice badminton set in "everything for two dollars" store, it cost two dollars, and comes with two shuttles. You two can play at the backyard.

On a diet is steak okay Yes or No?


she is below weight but by eating small meal (snacks like a sandwich) throughout the day instead of 3normal meal every day she will find a happy atmosphere for being full and maintaining a sound body weight / composition as to exercising do about 10 sit ups 3* a sunshine Why can't she go outside and ride her bike or run? Does she have legs? Can she spring rope? Can she roller blade? There are a ton of exercise activities.

She is not so bad as you may think. If she desires a good healthy lifestyle, own her eat fresh fruits and veggies, raw as much as possible and append some beans or nuts daily for the protein. Cut out all the animal protein close to the meats that have so much butter, the high fat stuff and the processed sugars, close to the white sugar you normally put on cereal or in tea. Or that you bring on rolls and doughnuts. Stay clear of those things as well as candy unless it is sugarless. See if she wants to waltz some with you doing it with her or play ticket or anything that she is moving around a lot. think of games you can invent that will grasp her moving around the room, jumping, anything that has her moving more. Exercising can be fun if you do it next to someone else and you have fun doing it. It can be anything that has you moving around seriously. For meals, try things like beans and rice next to a fruit salad on the side or for breakfast do some oatmean with some apple sauce for the sweetening and maybe some other fruits on the side or combine them next to the oatmeal and add a few walnuts or pecans. For snacks, use more of the fresh fruits and veggies that are raw. Try some you never have raw before and you may find you really resembling them and your sister as well. Do these things and she will be much healthier and later keep it as a lifestyle. she should not worry give or take a few weight loss, especially at her age as she is still growing and will gain more weight as she mature. Dont' try to be like the models you see in the magazine and on tv. They end up dead at a amazingly young age for the most part. Those that do ever capture out of it have problems the rest of their lives they would not have have if they had not had that verbs so early in their lives. Good luck.
