I need help losing some counterweight before August 25.
anyone have any HEALTHY tips for a 14 yr ripened with no self control??

Answers: Sister, you didn't give us altitude or weight. So I suggest you go to the site below first. It is pretty virtuous. You input height in foot and inches and weight in pounds. It will divide your BMI and tell you about how much cargo you need to lose, etc.
Secondly, as yourself what is wrong with your appearance. The avatar pictures aren't other good for seeing how a person looks. It doesn't look to me that you inevitability to lose any significant weight. So what don't you like something like your appearance? This may help you decide what you necessitate to do.
Thirdly, you have gotten some excellent answers on how to exercise. You can also look up anywhere how to lose some weight.
The difficulty is within the words "with no self control". :-) I'm not picking on you, as you can see from my avatar. However self-discipline is the critical part to losing counterbalance and maintaining a healthy body and attitude. Some suggestions follow:
1. Make a covenant beside a couple of your girl friends. Weigh in once a week at one of your homes. Agree to exercise together. Also agree to help respectively other on the food. A friendly reminder when we're at the fast food store, etc. can make a difference.
2. Work on relaxation. Get a cartridge, take a class, etc. but learn how to relax. Some use Yoga exercises to accomplish this, others control their breathing and use a form of self-hypnosis.
3. Look at your self-confidence. I enjoy gained significant weight within the past year. I am beginning to realize I enjoy fallen back into some issues that hold affected my self-confidence. Lack of self-confidence tends to nurture our emotional needs. We repeatedly use food to fill the hole it leaves.
4. Are your parents supportive of you losing weight? Is your relationship near them such that they can encourage you and help you stay on track? A waddle with your mom in the morning, a friendly nearest and dearest game of tennis, etc can make exercising fun. It can spawn those pounds drop off.
5. Don't go crazy. It take a while to add a pound to our weight. Don't try to lose it surrounded by a day. Sometimes we don't lose weight because we are doing it too in haste and the body shuts down to protect itself.

Instead of having three meal a day have six small fine ones each with a portion of a protein source such as : chicken , poultry , turkey, lean beef , lean pork , eggs, shrimp , lobster , lamb or fish. Accompany them near a portion of fruits or veggies and a portion grains such as whole rice, barley, adjectives oats and brown rice. Have a portion of each category (protein, veggies, grain) in every banquet , a portion is about the size of a deck of cards. Also try doing a workout routine such as this ones :

at least two-three days per week. When you do some of these exercises try doing them beside a slow momentum , for example , 10 seconds up and 10 seconds down , this mode you will stimulate better your muscle fibers and better develop lean muscle which will burn stored body fat. Make sure you rest well between workout days so your body can rest and not breakdown tissue. Get plenty of water daily. You can also do some other type of fitness entertainment. on your off days if you enjoy them , a moment ago dont overdo them , everything in moderation , fitness activities include cycling , swimming , jog , rope jumping, yoga, pilates or hiking. But remember , do them for fun and in moderation. The intention is that by just doing strenght training like the routine i give you , the muscles go through a recovery process which uses up a great deal of calories in order to repair the tissue that be teared during exercise. This is why resting is very important when working out , toning and losing bulk. Because even when your recovering you will be burning fat.
You need to silver your diet, eat fish, brown rice, nuts which can be ground up and springkled over Oats for breakfast, fruit, etc, and light exercise. snack on fruits
drink plenty of marine
dont drink soda any more ....sugary drinks etc.
get more active
