HELP!! Weight loss problem?
I want to lose as much weight as i can and just drink healthy. I am a 229 female, and that's ALOT of fleshy I have on me. I need so much comfort losing weight. please help me because I hold on to on blowing It when I tell myself I am going to lose weight. When I worked at a restaurant the salads had just about 1200 calories, even without dressing, other items in the salads enjoy high calories.
