How can i draw from honest abs?
i can feel the abs underneath the layer of podginess but it doesnt show.
im 15 and 115 pounds.
i do crunches every night and i can feel it getting stronger but im not getting toned.

For this exercise, instigate by lying on your side. Then, put one forearm on the ground. Keeping your body completely straight, bridge your hips a few inches off the ground. The only parts of your body that should be touching the ground are your forearms and foot.

EXTRA HARD ABS CHALLENGE: While doing the side plank, lift the non supporting foot a few inches rotten the one on the ground. This is tough!

This one is great for the lower back. Start out by laying facedown on the ground. Put you arms out contained by front of you and make a Y shape. If you do this one right, your lower back will feel it!

Crunches strengthen your ab's but dont burn fat, you want to do alot of cardio (running, jogging, swimming etc.) to get rid of that hefty, aswell as the crunches, you also need to have a respectable diet because you can only loose weight if you burn more calories than you devour. Try eating alot of vegies and fruit etc. increase the amount and mebbe the incline, like receive the surface steeper, and eat such things like bananas, apples, and other fruits that contain soaring amounts of protein. ive never tried holding alot of weights agenst my abs and doing crunches, lol but dont, they could slip D:

Do some stretching exercise every morning,try some verbs ups
,push ups and run for at least haif an hour a day.You will spot that you will get quite right abs in 2months. DO DA FOLLOWIN

JUST WATER, FRUIT, AND VEGGIES
1000 CRUNCHES EVERYDAY
