i have a very bleak appetite. everytime i get hungry and go to guzzle, my appetite dies.

I enjoy this same problem. I just force myself to eat. Then after that in the day my appetite will come rear legs, and I'll eat again. Then after a few days of eating because I NEED to, I start ingestion because I'm hungry. Just be sure not to skip meals, and eat when you're hungry. Dont munch through because of appetite or because you get hungry.
Eat enough 4-5 times a sunshine at nearly the same time.
Then when you learn how to chomp through you can choose to eat gourmet and hope the appetite is next to you.
