How can i gain cargo swift??

i am 16 years old i eat alot and i be a sign of alot its like i eat a small or even full size breakfast time and within an hour or so i am hungary again. Im guessing its a fast matabolism specifically keeping me from putting on weight . i am really trying to gain weight for sports. iv tried shipment shakes supplements.. nothing works..any tipps of that might work??
