How can i draw from a six pack?
i am about 5'9 and i weigh 124 last time i checked it really sucks but anyways i necessitate a plan that i can stick with and that works im willing to push it! oh and btw any suggestions on how to find a little better at like wrestling or war just for self defense
Answers: You gotta do situps, and leglifts, as many as you can, any time within the day, to work your abs aswell.
In proper form, crunches, leg lifts, and situps, doing as various as you can at any time in the day, will hand over you ab muscles. They are very easy to seize progress on, and hence easy to plateau on. If you reach a point where on earth you don't get any more results, try holding a medicine globe on your torso as you do situps for extra resistance.
And diet, remember, is especially important. No sweets, no grease, no fast food, no processed food, no chips no soda no no no! (If you already no this, sorry.. it surprises me how various don't)
All natural, all non processed foods. Especially veggies and fruit, Especially! If you really obligation meat, try to go for fish, such as tuna or salmon. These are still great for you.

all right aside from the obvious joke answer of going the liquor store, I recommend you do a full hypertrophic lifting routine that
have 6 to 9 exercises per session
(divide each workout session into body categories (day one Back; daytime two legs; day three arms and shoulders etc) with a 24 hour rest extent before returning to that category)
at 65 to 85% of your maximum lifting capacity (for that exercise)
for 8 to 12 repititions
for 3 to 8 sets of reps
next to anywhere from 30-120 seconds rest between sets (whichever you can do)
and work out 3 to 6 times per week
ill share you how i did it. it really worked for me!
i did alot of reps of the bicycle manuever for a couple days then crunches and then situps. but adjectives exercises on different days. you have to confuse your muscles because they will catch used to the same workout so you need to mix it up. you should see results pretty vigorous. Do sit up's!
push up's!
eat lot's of protein whole grain's and vegetables!
essentially eat properly.
and learn kung fu!!
