Answers: There are no hasty and easy ways to lose weight and hold on to it off. If you lose weight against the clock, you are losing muscle mass. if your really desprite to loose weight, budge on a liquid diet. i did it for my graduation banquet and it worked close to crazy! 3-5 walks or excersise every week (1 hr atleast)

and if u have to join solidity watchers or do any other memberships like that!
