This is my stomach. I'm 5'3, 107 lbs. and I eat vegan. I'll do anything to receive rid of this.
Answers: You are already below average weight (but not underweight). Maybe you have a touch extra flab to lose, but an important issue is a lack of muscle. If you lose 5 pounds of portly, you might flatten your belly a little bit, but you won't look or feel any better.
Focus on exercise as much, or more, than your consumption. 4-5 days a week of cardio (walking, running, swimming, biking) would be great, and would give you an athletic look, not just a skinny look.
Your body will be skinny, but never fit, unless you hold decent muscle tone. Since you are a vegan, double check that you are getting ample protein and COMPLETE proteins. I'm not an expert here, but in college I had lots vegan and veggie friends, and they all have trouble with cravings and nutrition. You can do it, but it's hard.
And as you would expect, I'm assuming that you keep a 100% vegetarian diet. My personal attempts at living lacto-vegetarian lasted about 5-7 days, climax with a double bacon cheeseburger, macaroni and cheese, and a quart of soft-serve ice cream.
If you are pigging out close to that once in a while, you will lose the extra tummy weight faster by introducing a dairy serving (1 oz cheese, or 8 oz milk) and a meat serving (3 oz, or the size of a deck of cards) respectively day.
start doing excersice , a llitle cardio , go to a gym and do a great deal of repetition with little weight, and most importan start a floating diet not that extreme diets of the tv Only way is through cardio. Start running, do some jump rope.
