How can I motivate myself to workout, contained by direct to seize a flat stomach??
Im 17 and am considered 'ideal weight'. I really want to get a flat stomach though, as, although I'm not fat, I wouldn't really utter my stomach was in angelic shape.
I used to exercise so much until a couple of years ago when I stopped completely.
I was thinking of going for a run every day and also doing crunches, but how can I in reality motivate myself to get out there and exercise!?
And also.how long will it pilfer for me to achieve a flat stomach??
Answers: Considering your age and that you're not starting out over-weight you should see results with-in 6 or so weeks. I know that seems close to a long time but nothing worth having comes assured! It's the things we work hardest for that we appreciate the most...
As for motivation, I use the reward system a lot with myself. If I hold a favorite TV show that I've recorded on my DVR, I can't watch it unless I've done my exercise for that daytime.
Or make a rule that says you can't examine your favorite show unless you do crunches during the commercials.
Another great way is to work out with a friend..engineer a time and place to meet them and exercise everyday. Then you will feel more adjectives and show up to exercise because now your choice doesn't just affect you...if you blow sour the training you've just stood up your friend and that's just not cool. lol
It's going to come down to will power...and it's adjectives in your head. Make the choice and execute it.and preserve in mind that whatever choice you produce will directly impact the results you get from it..meaning if you choose to work out and exercise you'll find that flat stomach as a result...choose not to and you'll stay as you are.
