all i have are 10 pound free wights and i as a rule do crunches, planks, and pushups is there any other way i can grasp muscles in my arms

Answers:    Keep on working out on your free weights until you feel fatigued.

But don't over do it. Repeat when you rouse up, and before you sleep.

I'm not sure if you've ever heard of this work-out, but try doing verbs ups. i.e pulling your shoulder over a steel, or whatever, bar.

Don't forget taking contained by the right amount of protein! Don't go for that protein power / bar crap! Get your protein from FOOD! Eggs, chicken, tuna, or milk.

hey im 14 and last year all my freinds started lifting but my parents wouldnt permit me since im too young now im going to giant school and the school have a gym this summer i can really push myself and i recomend u do the same. pushups dont do crap unless you do them correctly look it up if u have too it should hurt unpromising after even ten. at least for me. so i recommend actually lifting for the muscles In rider to the exercises previously listed I would add shoulder press.

What will sustain me shed solidity quicker an eliptical mechine or a treadmill?


try out the bowflex dumbbells and start at 20 and work your mode up curls, tricep kickbacks, handstand pushups...lots of reps
