How can i put on bulk?

I seem to have a low metabolism.
I chomp through and eat but can never put on weight!
could someone please give a hand me?

Well, you need to eat more and chomp through often I think..you can afford to put in in some good munchies not cast-offs munchies..add in a obedient smoothie instead of soda.add in an extra fruit you dip into something instead of simply the fruit.I love peanut butter, but it's fattening.you can have extra portions of healthy foods and munch through often is all I can contemplate of other than saying...pig out on second-hand goods food..I'd just eat more of in shape food..carry health bar around and munch on those whenever you want..and yes, have that ice cream and pizza instead of what I in recent times had.oatmeal.yuck:)

I was in recent times like that a few years ago,I think the elder you get your metabolism changes,I counterbalance 96 pounds when I was 16 now that im 19 I counterbalance 109,Just try to eat healthy and be relaxed with yourself!! that's a high metabolism you're chitchat about
