How come my lower arm is means of access skinnyer than my upper arm?

i have lots of upper arm muscle and strength but my lower arm is skinny. why is that?

How do i grasp rid of belly/side large that i enjoy have adjectives my go?



Answers:    You need to do isolated wrist curls. Preferably beside a barbell instead of dumbbells. They are annoying & boring, but you have to pay the piper.
