How do i drop 2 dress sizes?

i need to in 26 days. OR 1 dress size. Preferably 2 though.

Please don't influence to stop eating.

I ride muhh bike everyday for at least 30 min.. and abundantly is uphill.[:

Answers:    Exercising part of a set is great. Kick it up a notch. And if you cannot choose what you eat you can choose the amount.

And don't forget to drink lots of wet.

Try to keep count how many calories you are ingestion a day. Once you do that, you need to burn more than you consume to see results. And drink hose. Cut hte carbs ofr about a week and then slowly reintorduce them bakc inot your diet.
