How do i flatten my stomach contained by smaller amount than 4 weeks??
Im fifteen years old. 5 feet high-ceilinged && weigh 98 pounds.

come on ur 98 lbs and you are 5 ft towering you don't need to get wasted, but if you want a hard stomach just do lots of crunches loads of cardio (walking, biking, egg-shaped machine, swimming), and crunches.
if ur 98 punds u should lose weight because ur 15 u should weigh in the order of 110. but u could try to eat healthier and exercise(but not too much) 8 minute abs
