How do i take really accurate abs over the summer?
I really want good abs before conservatory starts again (the beginning of september)
Does anyone have any workouts/exercises i can do to assist?
Also, what exactly should i be eating to get surrounded by shape?
I'm almost 13, i am about 5'3 and i weigh about 105-110
Answers: it depends.
If you hold fat layers higher than your abs mucsles then eating verbs healthy foods (fruits, veggies, lowfat dairy and lowfat meats, 100% unharmed grains) and participating in good cardio will do the trick. if your stomach is already realitively flat and you want definition afterwards some good abs moves on the ball or the "plank" is accurate stuff.
but nutrition is vital
you don't get abs from drinking right, though you should do that too, you get it from exercising. I'm a girl the same age as you, and finishing year i had the same dream. I just started doing crunches every night, adding together more and more on as time passed. Now I've made my already flat stomach rock hard. I don't have apparent packs or anything- cause i conjecture that looks weird on girls.

Sounds similar to you're already pretty trim.
You should try Pilates. It helps to find a good mentor who can show you the right form because that makes a big difference. Pilates works the core muscles so you should feel it philosophical down in the muscles around your stomach and pelvic floor.
If you can't find a class, try the Winsor pilates videos.
These are great exercises that will assistance you have good form and muscle tone throughout your energy.

in commercials, do crunches, in the cosmo girl june/july issue on page 84 and 85 they own AWESOME moves to help u out, i've been doing it and very soon i feel better, and my extra tummy is shrining! im sure you know what healthy ingestion is but yah fruits veggies all that good stuff
as for the abs lots of cardio(running)

and if you live by the coast do Jr lifegaurds
