How do i lose substance?
Im 16, bout 5'9 and 240 lbs, i try working out but nothing seems to work.
Answers: Well if you do not want to work out at a gym, individually I reccomend getting a Wii Fit! I just read a very nice review on it over at http://blog.selfrelianthealth.com/ if you are interested contained by checking it out.
I think it is a good way out for the video game generation.
1) Change the channel you work out. Weight lifting won't do it. You need to do low-intensity cardiovascular workouts for long periods of time. In other words, try jog 30-45 minutes a day. Or riding a bike. Long, sweaty exercise that makes you breathe unyielding the whole time. The idea is to net your body work a little harder and burn calories faster - this isn't going to happen beside weight lifting or short workouts.
2) Change the way you devour - pay attention to what you put in your body. Eat low-fat foods and more fruits and veggies. Have a salad instead of fries. Have actual strawberries instead of strawberry rime cream. Stop eating snacks between meals. Stop drinking soda - drink dampen! And don't use food as a reward for working out. You have to put fewer calories surrounded by than your body needs - that way you burn the butter away.
This is a super-simplified explanation, but if you do it, it'll work. Give it 2-3 weeks and you should start to see results. 2-3 months and other people will notice. By the time conservatory starts back this fall - you can look totally different.
Losing counterweight isn't always fun, but you will enjoy the results of your tricky work.

My brother contained by law is doing this all protein diet. He's lost 30 pounds so far. All you do is drink alot of protein. Stop with the junk, and pop. Drink a gallon of marine a day. TRy to eat things beside low carbs. Or you can try to get a protein shake. They taste similar to chucks of powder but it goes along way. Its something to try. But do try to hold away from breads, and pasta.
when is the last time you saw your doctor? what are you eating? and what sympathetic of "working out" are you doing? first thing you gotta do is get your diet right. If you put junk inside, you will have garbage on the outside. I found this on this website.
