How do i lose substance around my waist?

i am 15 years old & i weigh around 123 pounds and im 5 foot 6 inches.
i know im not at all margarine and im actually in pretty appropriate shape. i dance and cheer frequently, even in the summer.
but i enjoy some flab it seems only around my stomach. i own great everything else but my stomach can get a little flabby at times. & im not surrounded by any way an anorexic obsessing over myself i in recent times feel like i would discern a little more comfortable in a swimsuit if i could acquire rid of atleast most of it.
i do abs excercises but that doesnt get rid of fat it a moment ago increases the muscle mass beneath the fat which i think have actually made my stomach appear larger!
anyways..any suggestions?
