Ok, I'm male, 5'6" and 131 lbs. I think to be precise the perfect weight for me, but...here is one little problem. I have a little bit of overweight in my midsection (everywhere else is perfect, so its lately my belly) and I'm trying to lose that but keep my weight matching, how do I do that?

I've been doing cardio and weight lifting and I individual eat 1300-1400 calories a day, it seem to be working I see results. but I weigh myself today and I lost a pound!! I thought muscle weighs more than fat? Is it because I'm not getting hold of muscle fast enough to counter my hefty lost? Should I stop my diet and just weight elevate? Help..

I'm a skinny guy trying to gain weightiness..comfort?

Answers:    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of lashing furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, manufacture sure that it is not very heavy, start near one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper element of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it posterior to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or consistency under the fat - if you enjoy any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there be no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Am i taking too masses vitamins?

Wow NY, that exercise ISNT the answer for everything, or anything to be fair.

1300 calories a daylight? You need to eat MORE within order to build the muscle to replace fats. I know it is counterintuitive, but munch through good carbs like oats and intact grains, load up on proteins similar to chicken steak and tuna fish, lay off sugary things and alcohol, and stop with unpromising carbohydrates like cakes, etc.

Also you do not requirement Cardio if you're 5'6 and weight 130, and only put away 1400 calories a day.

Try doing military presses, benching. and deadlifting. These are the REAL ways to gain abs. Not some pansy crunch in front of a small screen.
