How do you obtain more meat into your diet?

I'm not a vegetarian, i like chicken fish and eggs, but i don't close to red meat? Any suggestions on how i could have some extra protien/iron?

How to lose solidity vigorous! 30 pounds or so.?



Answers:    i only get through those 3 forms of protein too, i just try to make sure that i own atleast one of the above items in my diet everyday. and take iron supplements too.

Eat more beans such as pintos, blackeye peas and dried type of bean is a honest source of protein as well as peanut butter ( go straightforward on the pb, calories) Also there are some good protein powders out here to mix with milk. pulses and protein shakes and try the vitamin store and see if they hv any other supplements.
