Answers:    2 main ways to do so naturally.

1) Eat more frequently throughout the light of day, but with moderately sized meals... 3 meal a day is not good for your condition... more spaced out and frequent meals help you to burn more calories, quality more energized and to have a higher metabolism.

2) Gain more muscle mass. The more muscle you own the more calories you burn in a stationary position. If i have, for example, 10 more pounds of muscle than my brother, i will burn more calories than him if we be to both be sitting down watching TV.

Im a girl, 13 years hoary, 5 foot 3 inches and solidity 115 pounds. should i lose solidity?? am i flabby??


Drink a little bit of caffeine, a cup of tea or coffee will work.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes respectively day, even if it's just a brisk wander.
