How do you work out the lower constituent of your stomach?
my upper abs are fine. but i need to lose the weight on my lower stomach. any right excersize ideas?

Get a ball to do crunches on. Then you capture more areas than regular crunches on the floor. Preferably a medium sized, not a too big. So you can go spinal column down and up, not only up. The one I like is the bender orb. Also look at its video to see how to do some of the exercises. hang on a pull up dowel and lift ur knees up to ur shoulders. don't stop when parallel with the ground, thats a adjectives error and this exercise works the hip flexors more than the abs.
Crunches but search google for some lower ab exercises also youtube aswell. You will find millions there. Also scrabble youtube for 8 Minute abs. It has many different styles of crunches.

quick ,simple, do a lot of 6 inch leg lift, you'll have a gut of steel! do it til it hurts (reps of 20 or 30 at a time, when that starts getting easy , step up the program! sprawl on your back like your gena do a crunch but instead of moving your body up. move your knees so they walk on your stomach then back on the floor and repeat resembling crunches
