OK so my buddy made up this work out ( and i dont know why he chose 31) - 31 push ups, 31 sit ups, 31 leglifts- 4 sets ( and when 4 sets starts to get easy i will move up to five) I will also be riding my bike alot nd i will also do regular workouts next to like a bench press ( just to relocate things up a bit) ..how does it sound?

How copious miles should you ride a bike for if you want to lose consignment?

if your trying to build mass this workout is not going to produce results. The sit-ups are ok, but you call for to modify the leglifts unless you're trying to really lean out.
