How Much........
How much possible weight can i lose before i move about on my vacation to cancun? We leave within mid august, so how much can i lose if i do the whole diet and excersie thing. I own a running machine and those exsercise ball you do crunches on. Any information will be functional, thanks in advanced!!
Answers: Do NOT listen to the suggestion of the previous poster regarding cutting vertebrae calories a lot. You have to EAT to lose freight. If you cut calories significantly, your body will go into starvation mode and it will make it difficult to lose cargo, and once you start eating normally, you will gain stern anything you lost plus more. Never go below 1200 calories a day, and ideally you should probably hold at least 1500-1700 calories. Exercise at least 30 minutes a year, 5 days per week. Portion control, eating healthy and exercising are the lone healthy ways to permanently lose solidity. You should aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week.

If you cut your calories back a ton and exercise you will probably lose between 4 and 10 pounds the first week (water counterweight, everyone loses the most weight the first week in a diet).
